Cleaner position at Rendall & Rittner (Chelsea Barracks, London SW1W 8BT )

Location – Chelsea Barracks (London, SW1W 8BT)

Working Hours – Monday to Friday 0630 - 1500

Salary – £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?

This role will be based at a luxury residential development in Belgravia and compromises a collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses, set around seven garden squares. Resident’s facilities include a suite of lifestyle amenities including a private residents club, state of the art spa and gym, private cinema, billiards room, residents' lounge and business suite.

• You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
• your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
