Job Description

Reporting to Soft Services Manger, the job holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of cleaning services across site.

The Cleaning Manager will lead by example to give excellent service delivery by building an excellent relationship with placemakers and the on-site client staff, based on consistent and quality service delivery.

The foundations of the client relationship will be trust, open communication and keeping our promises

Key Responsibilities​

• Ensure standard of service delivery in line with agreed service levels
• Identifying and developing business opportunities, as appropriate
• Develop manage and coordinate a process of continually reviewing and improving service for both directly delivered services and sub contracted services
• Training and development of staff
• Ensure periodic cleaning schedules are completed in line with with PPM’s. Monitor the work completed against worked planned and identify actions required to bring any shortfalls back in line with schedule
• Produce work allocation sheets for all staff working in line with the Santander cleaning indicator.
• Manage and develop people to promote high morale and motivation
