Monday/Wednesday & Friday 1.30pm - 9.30pm

Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 5pm

possibility of some flexibility on these timings for the right applicant

Pay Details.

The pay is £24000 to £26000 per year dependant on relevant experience.

The Role

The key responsibilities of the Cleaning Manager are-

• Support with recruitment.

• Managing the cleaning team.

• Carry out high standards of cleaning.

• Insure that staff give accurate handovers to other cleaners who are coming on site.

• Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.

• Comply with guidelines with regards to the identification and re-porting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.

• Communicate effectively and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service.

• Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.

• Carry out other reasonable tasks and reporting as directed by Facilities Manager.

• To attend any meetings or training courses.

• Manage the recruitment process of cleaners.
