We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our highly skilled team based in Derby. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will have responsibility for delivering a professional, high-quality cleaning service to our house builds clients.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Leading a dedicated team that will work in the Winchester area providing services to specific clients
• You will organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed
• You will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate this. It would be desirable that you have had experience in a similar role
• You have previous experience of working in a cleaning environment, the experience of working in the new build homes sector would be ideal
• Can use any previous experience to resolve challenges whilst maintaining great levels of service.
• You have a work safe home safe attitude, not only for you but all site users.
• For this role, it is important to note that the candidate should possess some type of computer literacy as we are moving to handheld devices with our new contract.
• Proven experience in a similar role

An experienced Supervisor with proven work experience in a similar position is required. To offer a flexible approach and be prepared to support the contract needs on occasions. Driving licence required, other desirable certificates: IOSH level qualification and significant cleaning experience.
