We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to work with our team at Grangemouth, FK3 9XH
**
*What's in it for you*

  • Full time – 40 hours a week, mainly Monday – Friday 07.30 – 3pm with a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturday shifts (which are paid at time and a half!)

What you'll be doing

  • As a team leader you will be responsible for the success of your team
  • Organise team members to deliver a safe service and to the highest standard
  • Complete weekly audits of all areas
  • Ensure team members complete their TAKE 5’s each week
  • Ensure all staff can gain access to the areas they are cleaning
  • Train new team members to learn procedures and all general tasks
  • Keeping track of stock levels and have an excellent knowledge of COSHH
  • General cleaning of accommodation and communal areas
  • Ensuring rooms are cleaned and kept to a high standard
  • Complete a personal training plan and ensure that all on and off the job training is carried out accordingly by all staff
  • Be a great leader – lead by example!

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a cleaning environment, desirably in contract cleaning
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in leading or supporting teams
  • Be able to manage your work load in a good timescale
  • Knowledge of applicable Health and Safety legislation
  • A DBS check will be required for this role
