Client Delivery Lead

At Davies Resourcing, we provide individuals or teams of specialist resource to deliver business critical projects for regulated entities on a flexible basis. Due to demand-led growth, we are looking for a new Client Delivery Lead to join our team to support with the management of client accounts.

What will you be doing?

· Supporting with the management of Key Client accounts

· Taking a lead on client and associate care

· Delivering on client reporting to continuously develop our practice

· Driving outstanding performance across our projects

· Providing Operational Management of resources

· Supporting the resourcing team with onboarding activity to ensure client demand is met

What are we looking for?

· Strong experience in Client/Account Management

· Experience working with a budget (oversight of P&L)

· Excellent communication skills

· Operational/Team Leader background in a regulatory environment

· Ability to work with varying levels of stakeholders across business areas

Onboarding and Vetting

The successful candidate will be required to complete all vetting checks (e.g., credit check, DBS, and references) prior to starting the role of Client Delivery Lead.

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
