Medi-Shop Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Manager/ Dispenser to join our team!

Job Description:

This position requires excellent managerial, customer service skills, as well as a willingness to learn and perform all duties of the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Minimum NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services and have previous experience of working as a Pharmacy Dispenser and running a dispensary.

· Responsible for leading and coaching the team within your store to ensure they achieve excellence, provide exceptional customer care and patient safety.

· Oversee all aspects of pharmacy store operations, to delivery outstanding customer service profitably.

· Tailor conversations with every customer to ensure they leave your pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.

· Support the pharmacist to deliver services.

· Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines e.g., ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing and collection of prescriptions.

· Comply with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice.

· Seek opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.

· Deliver efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimised.

· Onboarding of new hires and training staff to manage customer queries and concerns.

• Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.16-£13.00 per hour
