Clip n' Climb Plymouth - Arena Lead Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. No climbing experience necessary as a full induction will be given, however experience would be an advantage.

Our Arena Lead Assistant is a position for someone who is responsible for assisting the Management team with Arena Maintenance, staff training and mentorship. They need to be a individual who can confidently lead a team during the shift and engage with customers. They will also be required to cover the Arena Manager in their absence.

This position is a Key Holder position so all applicants MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD.

The successful applicant will be required to work as a minimum the below shifts -

Thursday 3pm -7pm, Friday 3pm - 9pm and Sunday 8:45am - 6pm.

There is opportunity to also pick up additional shifts on a Saturday and also during school holidays.

Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
