Lely Atlantic is part of the international Lely group, wholly owned by the Lely group, based in the middle of England, just east of Birmingham and has one of the largest client bases of the current Lely Clusters.

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to join our team as a Cluster Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of about 30 employees, working from the Cluster Office in Birmingham. Besides being the general manager of Lely’s representation on the British Isles, the cluster team is looking for a manager that will be focused on building a strong team, developing the management team, and improving on internal communication.

Your main priority as Cluster Manager will be to produce and execute a strategic growth plan that ensures the Lely Center distribution channel is both activated and extended. You will work closely with your team to drive the adoption of robotic milking and other automation solutions throughout the region and maintain or ideally further develop Lely's market share.

Key responsibilities:

• Building a strong team and developing the management team.
• Producing and executing a strategic growth plan.
• Driving the adoption of robotic milking and other automation solutions.
• Maintaining or further developing Lely's market share.
• Ensuring existing customers are satisfied and service levels are up to Lely standards.
• Traveling to different parts of the Cluster area to keep in touch with the Lely Center network.

Your background:

• You completed a bachelor or master’s degree in e.g. economics, business management or similar.
• You are familiar with the agriculture business, preferably the dairy industry.
• You have strong leadership skills and experience in leading multiple teams and /or disciplines, not just sales.
• You have experience working with dealer- or franchise networks.
• You will be a true Lely ambassador.
