CNC Turner Programmer Setter

Due to growth and continued success our client is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Programmer Setter. Ideally you will have experience with programming and setting CNC Multi Axis Lathes with Live tooling but some programming training can be given if you have a strong engineering background. The role will be varied working on a variety of Fixed head machines mostly with Fanuc/ Mazak controls with driven tooling. This is a permanent role in a company with a strong reputation in Engineering. A friendly Engineering team that can offer some support and training to the right candidate. Also plenty of overtime on offer paid at x1.5.

CNC Turner Programmer Setter

• Programming and setting a range of Multi-axis lathes with live tooling
• Experienced Setting machines using Fanuc and Mazatrol controls
• Working on a variety of CNC machines mostly fixed head
• Programming/ Editing programmes using various controls and driven tooling
• Open to supporting on other machines
• Experience interpreting Engineering Drawings
• Work to tight tolerances and inspection of own work
• To work to your own initiative and understand manufacturing processes
• Experinced working from CAD Models and drawings
• Open to working overtime to support the workshop

• 7:30am-4pm Monday to Friday
• Weekly Overtime on offer @ x1.5
• 31 days holiday
