Bartender/Cocktail Mixologist

We are looking for experienced bartenders/cocktail mixologists who are passionate to develop a career in the hospitality industry. The suitable candidate will be a quick learner, full of initiative and a good team player.

We provide an in-house training programme to enhance your skills and ensure top quality experience for our guests.

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

• MUST be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Have a knowledge of cocktail preparation methods and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work late hours.
• MUST be able to get to/from Miller and Carter Northampton. NN3 8RN

Duties and Responsibilities of Cocktail Mixologist:

• Making and serving drinks to Miller and Carter Brand Standards.
• Adhering to high standards of Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements.
• Opening and closing bars to the high standard.

The suitable candidate could also utilise our Apprenticeship Scheme following successful completion of their probationary period.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-35 per week

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
