Coffee Shop Assistant

Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a Coffee Shop Assistant for our established, popular coffee shop in Olive Tree Cafe, Garners Garden Centre, Newcastle under Lyme.

Salary - £9.00 to £10.50 per hour depending on age and experience

Key Responsibilities

• provide friendly and efficient counter/table service
• Maintaining Food and Health Safety standards
• Assisting with due dilligence and compliance checks
• Upholding Massarella & Co core values
• Delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

• Experience in the hospitality industry will be helpful
• Some understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
• Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week
