We are changing the way we interact with customers throughout our stores and transforming our catering proposition. This is a role for a Coffee Shop Manager, with a thirst for success and a head for business, someone who will work closely with our Head of Catering to be responsible for the effective operation of our coffee shop.

Based in our Walsall store, you will be able to demonstrate a solid background within a quality catering environment and be able to work within a demanding and fast-paced environment with busy trading peaks communicating at all levels with excellent time- management skills, ideally with the experience to develop and support a team. Essential knowledge and experience of stock take and stock control is required.

• Passionate about food and customer service, have great people management skills coupled with the ability to demonstrate the highest standards
• Able to demonstrate excellent financial and commercial awareness including responsibilities for stock control/ordering and the maintenance of high standards and food hygiene
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload and possess a positive attitude
• A confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
