The Opportunity

We have a rare opening for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join the legal team at our LGH head office.

This is an exciting cross-functional role in which you will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, undertake legal research and provide concise summaries. You will prepare first draft heads of terms, letters of intent, and memorandums of understanding as well as side letters, variations, assignments, and innovations.

Further key responsibilities include contract lifecycle management and the provision of information and ad hoc reporting to the business as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly collaborative, flexible, pragmatic in approach, a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, and able to improvise when needed.

Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of English commercial contract law and common law;
• Experience with commercial contracts either in private practice or in-house;
• Experience in a paralegal or contract administration role;
• Law degree/university/higher-level education (or equivalent relevant work experience).
