Digital delivery is what our Gibraltar office is all about. It’s where the Digi Ops, Product & Marketing Brand teams make it all happen as a cohesive unit; collaborating very closely with Customer Operations in the UK. The beautiful offices, set right on top of the Marina, are a stunning setting for some of our best digital talent to create and execute ideas to keep our digital offering competitive in a tough market.

As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you work with business partners to turn analysis into value-adding insight. Also, you will support the Business Partner's to create the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.

Additional responsibilities but not limited to include:

• Work with key stakeholders across the organisation to produce high-quality documents by identifying and modelling key business drivers, trends and KPI’s
• Lead revenue, margin and contribution reporting and explanation of performance against budget, prior performance, and market conditions
• Highlight future risks and opportunities by re-forecasting the in-year expected results
• Use internal and external information to extrapolate future performance based on scenario planning
• Develop strong relationships with commercial and operations teams, providing strategic counsel and support the Bingo and Casino commercial teams
• Assist in the identification and establishment of KPIs throughout the organisation and integrate these into weekly and periodic financial and KPI reports, and where appropriate into financial projection models
• Support the production of commercially viable business cases to deliver the strategic initiatives

• Strong Data analysis & visualisation experience is required, ideally, you will have PowerBI experience
• Prior commercial finance experience is desired
• Track record of identifying issues and delivering solutions
• Strong communication skills including the ability to translate numbers into a business story
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with all levels of the business
• Experience with ERP systems, we use Microsoft Dynamics but experience with similar systems is great
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
• An understanding of the commercial drivers of the Online Gaming industry
• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA is desirable
