Commercial Manager - Main Contractor - Hertfordshire

Future Build are working closely with a long term client to ensure the future succession of their commercial team and business. They deliver projects in the private and public sector including homes, schools, hospitals and community buildings which are a mix of new build and refurb and valued from £150k to £15 million.

This role will suit someone used to managing a small team as well as being able to look after the commercial aspects of 2-3 live projects. Strong claims and contract experience would also be an advantage.

For the right person there is a competitive salary and benefits package on offer as well as a long term plan to offer some ownership of the business as the owners start to step back.
