The Role
Do you have a flair and desire to reach new audiences and be able to develop a clear tone of voice? Have you got a desire to work in the PR, marketing and communications sector? Can you deliver effective written content campaigns across both Somerset County Cricket Club and The Cooper Associates County Ground?

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join in a newly created role of PR and Communications Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself within the outstanding environment of professional cricket. The Club is looking to amplify it’s content, driving both the business and brand awareness to new markets.
The ideal candidate will have great ideas for content angles, an appreciation of search intent. There will be a strong drive to see your work amplified across internal and external networks, and you’ll create excellent relationships with media outlets to achieve this. Ultimately it is about creating written content which has a positive impact on driving traffic and building business.
