Job Title: Community Care Assistant
Work Locations: Manningtree, Brantham, East Bergholt, Rayden, Capel St Mary, Bentley, Stutton and Holbrook.
Salary:
£11 per hour during the week and £11.50 per hour on weekends.
Mileage paid from home to home.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team Community Care Assistant. As Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will be helping clients with a range of tasks such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and companionship.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential.
A caring and compassionate nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
Must have their own vehicle and be willing to travel between clients' homes.
