So, what will you be doing?

Conducting the testing for the Compliance Monitoring Programme
Complying with the obligations to inform and communicate with the authorities
Monitoring policies and procedures in relations to AML, Social Responsibility, Marketing & Advertising, and licensing.
Providing day to day support to the business on any issues or queries around Compliance and regulation
Ensuring that sub-contracted, outsourced subsidiaries and partners are maintaining the highest standards for all Compliance related activities
Working closely with the AML, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility teams.

And what are we looking for?

Experience of Compliance, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering
Able to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively
Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, Project, PowerPoint
Possess problem-solving and analytical thinking
Possess excellent stakeholder management and partnering with third party agencies
Possess attention to detail and good reporting skills
Knowledge of Japanese would be considered an asset.
