Content Marketing Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Marketing Executive to join Talos360’s creative marketing team. This is full-time role, with your time split between working from home and our purpose-built office in Warrington.

We are looking for a talented content marketing executive, who has excellent command of written English and wants to further develop their content marketing and SEO copywriting skills within a forward-thinking tech business. You’ll become a key member of our great in-house marketing team and you’ll be able to get involved in a wide variety of content projects.

Talos360 is a dynamic B2B technology business and our innovations in the HR software space, offer a really exciting mix of products to promote. We are looking to continue our accelerated growth in 2023 and as content marketing executive, you’ll be able to enjoy producing excellent content that will support everything from increased organic traffic, to lead gen campaigns and social media engagement.

Content Marketing Executive – Responsibilities

• Delivering expertly written B2B content to brief including blogs, social posts, emails and sales collateral

• Producing SEO optimised website content

• Scheduling social media channel content

• Supporting marketing campaign activity

• Generating ideas to increase engagement and web traffic

• Supporting SEO initiatives, keyword research & liaising with our external digital agency

• Identifying opportunities and suggesting topics & formats for content

• Reporting on social and digital content success

• Supporting the marketing & sales team

Content Marketing Executive – Required Skills

• Placement or 1st role executive experience in a content led role

• Educated to degree level with A-Level standard English

• Strong proofing & sub editing skills

• B2B email and blog writing skills

• SEO copywriting experience is desired although not essential

• Wordpress or other CMS experience

• B2B or B2C organic social account management

• Experience of social media influencer interaction

• Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar

• Impeccable proof-reading skills & attention to detail

• Enthusiastic self-starter, team player and adept at time management

• Proficient in Powerpoint & Word

• Additional Digital PR & link building, Semrush or Ahref proficiency and UA or GA4 website analytics would be welcome although not essential.
