This position is working for a well-known large developer who have a heavy presence in the region. The position is based in Cornwall and covering the Newquay to Helston patch. Working with a strong and reputable team who have a 5* rating. Dealing with large and fast-moving sites.
You will be a competent and proven contracts manager, who is able to keep up with the demand and pace of a volume developer. You will be driven and ambitious and lead your site teams to success.
You will visit the office once a week and spend the other 4 days out on site. You will have strong IT and programming skills.
