Whitelands Academy is a warm, welcoming and busy school where staff and students strive to be the best they can be. With a new Principal from September 2022, this is an exciting time to join our school.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for a resourceful and self-motivated Cover Manager to join us, organising the day-to-day cover for staff absence, managing a small team of Cover Supervisors and covering lessons as and when necessary.

All About You

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Cover Manager we would like to join us will be:

• Genuinely passionate about working with young people and helping them to develop and achieve.
• Highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confident in the use of IT.
• A committed member of the team and able to contribute to wider school life.
• Experienced in working with students and young people in an educational setting.
