Crane Drivers

An opportunity for a number of Crane Drivers to join our global Client that design, manufacture and deliver world-class steel forgings and castings.

Our client have already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add a number of Crane Drivers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business, that established Sheffield’s reputation as a Steel making power house.

They offer an unparallel service in the world of complex steel and take on projects other steel companies cannot do due to the intellectual capacity and the nous the company have.

Currently with a head count of 600 plus employees and working in specialist areas of Defence, Civil Nuclear and the Renewables market.

DUTIES INCLUDE FOR THE ROLE OF CRANE DRIVERS :

• General Plant driving to assist Moulders /Dig pits.
• Overhead/Pendent Crane work.
• Slinging duties.
• Working at heights.
• Involved in the Casting process.

KEEN TO SPEAK TO CRANE DRIVERS WHO ARE/HAVE :

• Experience on overhead CAB /Pendent Crane driving .
• Experience in heavy/hot engineering industry – Foundry.
• General Burning Duties.
• Digger /Bobcat Driving.

THE OFFER FOR THE ROLE OF CRANE DRIVER :

• Salary up to £30,000 + per Annum.
• Perm Nights or Days /Afters shift patterns available.
