Creative Artworker

OVERVIEW:

Are you our next Creative Artworker? A versatile all-round Graphic Designer whose role it is to deliver first class design content at pace that resonates with our audiences and community for both digital and print.

Working with our design packs to create channel first master assets and accurate re-sizes/re-versions, as well as producing on-brand design moments for events and in-real-life experiences. All with a close eye on the bigger picture, brand continuity and design consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Delivering first class design content for both digital and print.
• Working on scheduled campaign activity, ad-hoc requests and internal communications.
• Proactively applying learning and campaign data to continuously improve design performance.
• Working to tight deadlines to deliver design assets at pace and scale.
• An exceptional attention to detail and proofing, as well as a meticulous approach to cataloging and outputting files.
• Collaborative working with fellow creatives and channel experts to bring concepts to creation.
• Speaking technically and professionally with internal and external stakeholders about design and artwork production.
• Make sure all comms are consistently designed at the high standard expected from our community.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria

• Agency or in-house experience is essential.
• Demonstrate a high level of competency using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Able to demonstrate working within brand guidelines and executing design packs/systems.
• Strong knowledge of design production methods and best practices for digital and print.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and inter-departmental.
• Self-motivated, organised, proactive and methodical in approach to work.
• An impeccable and fierce attention for detail, with an eye for the bigger picture.
• A passion for collaboration with other designers and creatives to execute projects, as well as marketing channel owners.

Preferable Skills

• Experience with Figma would be beneficial
• Experience in After Effects and motion design is preferred, but not essential

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
