Salary: Up to 38k depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the development of digital materials to be used as part of our Apprenticeship curriculum

• Create materials in line with the learning ethos of BAE Systems utilising our Virtual Learning Environment – Canvas

• Leverage digital tools to create agile, engaging materials for apprentices which can be utilised both synchronously and asynchronously where required

• Collaborate with Curriculum Designers to create effective digital curriculum packages for apprenticeship programmes ranging from level 2 to 7

• Translate technical concepts into accessible learning resources for apprentices

• Utilise modern authoring tools to create packages of learning suitable for a blended curriculum

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

• Highly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes, authoring tools and virtual learning environments, including the use of SCORM packages.
• Understanding of the intent, implementation and impact of the planned and delivered curriculum
• Good knowledge of safeguarding compliance with a commitment and desire to continue to develop in this area.
• Experience in creating curricula

Desirable

• Experience of using and working with virtual learning environments, Canvas an advantage
• Educated to Degree level or related subject or Instructional Design qualifications or equivalent industry experience
