Hyde is looking to recruit a Credit Control Officer.

As a Credit Control Officer, you will be working as part of a team of three Credit Controllers within income services to provide a debt recovery service for leasehold capital and major works debt.

Responsibilities

• 
  Efficient recovery of all leasehold capital and major works debt by email and phone.
• Ensure invoices are produced accurately and are approved promptly.
• Reconcile all sales ledger control accounts and other balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journals on the finance system (training provided).
• Ensure Accounts Receivable Ledger is accurate at all times.
• Resolving invoicing queries.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong credit control experience
• Persuasive, assertive and resilient
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
