Customer Assistant Call Handler

Your role

As a Full Time Advisor your role is to be a high performing, self-motivated and engaged team member who is really clear on what great in-store performance and customer service looks like. Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Being passionate about the company's products, services and brand and understanding what we offer as a business
• Becoming an expert in all products
• Being aware of your own performance and the team performance and how you can contribute
• Taking ownership for your own development
• Working with your team to take ownership of the store appearance. Taking pride in where you work

Additional Information:
Hours: 8hrs (Saturday paid cash in hand)

Shifts

10am till 7pm - Monday to Friday.

Weekend work is offered as additional overtime.

Salary & Bonus

This role has a basic salary of £19,760.00 per annum

We also offer an uncapped commission scheme which is paid 1 month in arrears.

Average - £300 / £450 pm

Top Earners - £600 / £800 pm

We have recently introduced our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £22,000 basic salary per annum.
