- In support of the Snr Programme Leader - Act as voice of customer within GE – driving to ensure customer satisfaction in line with contractual requirements. Drives effective and efficient communication to the stakeholders. Builds relationships both internally and externally and integrates the voice of the customer into program activities. Develop and maintain a high level of customer communication
Full review and understanding of our contractual requirements, Source inspections needs etc. and ensure the GE business delivers on what we promise.
- Manage S&OP Process, demand planning of production and spares units -taking information from various sources and translating into appropriate GE forecast considering market intelligence and risk along with being responsible for this detail within GE S&OP review
- Support obsolescence management on the product line - monitor & conduct LTB, bridge buys, use of alternatives, product re-design
