Salary & Bonuses: £21,500 plus average bonus earning potential of £7,800 per annum. Uncapped bonus.

Right now, we're recruiting Customer Sales Advisors for our Inbound departments in a role that offers great work life balance plus an engaging onboarding experience.

The role you'll do:

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Retentions team, you'll be the first of call for customers who are renewing or cancelling their plans. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first, so they continue their protection with us.
• Share the features and benefits of protection products to help customers find the one that's right for them.
• Use your brilliant sales and customer service skills to suggest other products that give added peace of mind

What else to expect:

This department has shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the hours below. The recruitment team will be happy to discuss this in more detail if you are shortlisted for telephone interview. Every 2 in 5 weekends you will work Saturday.

• Mon- Sun 8am - 8pm
• Working from home
• We'll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access

Training schedule:

We have changed how we recruit and onboard, so your journey with us will now be fully virtual, giving you the flexibility but still the full engaging experience that you deserve.

We offer a fantastic virtual training experience over a 4-week period (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30).

The experience and skills you need:

• 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 4 years
• A driven mindset with strong sales or customer service skills and a love for hitting targets
• Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
• A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
• Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
