The role is not a call centre position it involves telephone based duties and administration.

Salary: £21,154 per annum

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm - no weekend work!

Day to Day Duties:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Taking customer orders over the telephone
• Checking stock
• Liaising with customers
• Informing customers of their delivery times
• Updating the in house system
• Administration duties

Essential Skills:

• Ability to multi task with great attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and a team player

Desirable Experience:

• Previous Customer Service experience, this can be in a customer facing role or telephone based.

• 2 weeks training is provided
