Then look no further! Bring your hospitality/retail experience to this customer service opening! Based in our Leeds city-centre office, you will be part of our customer services, sales and promotions team working with customers across the city.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customers and be able to communicate complex information through different methods, such as written, verbal and electronic communication. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and career driven with above average ability to deal with customer enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently answer customer inquiries and requests for service.
• Assist customers with account-related issues.
• Provide quality service to callers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
