Due to expanding and growing we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our excellent team and assist in the smooth running of the Customer Service Department by performing the following duties:

• Incoming Telephone Answering
• Processing Sales orders
• Dealing with delivery questions or issues
• Sales Order Processing
• Sales Email Inbox – Actioning and Replying to email orders and queries
• Customer Price lists – Updating and Monitoring
• POD’s – Proof of Delivery requests
• Returns and Collections of Goods
• Order Confirmations
• Quotations
• Resolving Complaints
• Filling Paperwork

This includes constantly improving and developing the current processes and procedures to offer the best service to our customers that we possibly can. The suitable candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and will have an excellent attention to detail.

Hours - 08:30 - 1700, Monday – Friday
