Job Role: Train Dispatcher

Location: Haywards Heath Station (RH16 1DJ)

Pay rate: £10.42 - £16.47 per hour

Hours and Days: Vary between Monday – Sunday.

What does a train dispatcher do?

• Work alongside the dispatch team in making sure that trains depart from the station safely and on time.
• Always provide an impeccable customer service experience to customers and passengers.
• Be the face of the company by wearing the correct uniform and ID always.
• Carry out Bus Liaison duties during engineering works.
• Ensure that the safety of others and the area around them is clear from obstruction.
• Report any anti-social behaviour with little disruption to other passengers as per the Railway Byelaws.

Essential Requirements

• You must hold valid ID and have a full national insurance number.
• You Will be required to pass a drug and alcohol screening

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract

Salary: £10.35-£16.47 per hour
