Customer Service Assistant (Yard)

As a Customer Service Assistant (Yard), you would be working as part of a team and would report to the Yard Supervisor and the Branch Management Team. Your key responsibilities would include:

• Serving our customers politely and professionally at all times
• Unloading and loading vehicles
• Maintaining stock levels through the ordering procedure
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy
• Ensuring that the yard is a safe and secure environment
• Completing all necessary paperwork in line with Company procedures
• Creating new and add-on sales opportunities

The successful Customer Service Assistant (Yard) will possess the following attributes:
