Customer service, CCTV Operator and Call Handler - Days

Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!

Where: Mitie security Head Office – Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7SL

When: starting ASAP!

Hours: varied including set hours, part time, shifts – to be agreed at interview

Salary:

£25,500 per annum / £12.23 per hour

£26,890 per annum / £12.89 per hour Five out of 7 days

About the role:

• Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening in M&S Stores
• Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone
• Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
