Customer Service Host at The Natural History Museum - £9.50 to £10.42 per hour

Are you a naturally confident and engaging person with a passion for museums and cultural experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Host to join our team at one of London's most famous museums!

As a Customer Service Host, you’ll be the face of Magic Memories and the first point of contact for the majority of guests upon entering one of the busiest galleries in the museum. Think you’re up for the challenge? The ideal host needs to be:

• Energetic - You need to immediately greet guests and get them excited to begin their journey with a roar-some photo!
• Resilient - As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll need to deal with any objections and challenges efficiently whilst remaining positive and professional
• Engaging - Can you command a room? With a continuous flow of guests you need to stand out amongst the crowd, bonus points if you’re loud!
• Versatile - You’ll encounter guests from all walks of life on a daily basis, you’ll need to be able to adapt your approach based on individual guest needs

The role:

• Work in tandem with the photographers to ensure each guest understands there is a photo opportunity
• Deliver A-MAZING customer service.
• Promote and sell a wide range of photography products ensuring that our guests are taking away their favourite souvenirs of the day.

Am I qualified?

• YES - no experience is necessary, full training will be provided.
• All we ask is that you are hard-working, dependable, self-motivated and have flexible availability.
• Bags of enthusiasm, customer service and selling skills, awesome communication skills and basic PC skills are a glorious advantage.
