As a Customer Service Operator also known as Games Host and Arcade Hosts, you will be responsible for running our skill games/arcades whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games!

HB Leisure roles are currently available at: Alton Towers (Staffordshire), Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Tower, Butlins (Minehead), Chessington World of Adventures (Surrey), Crealy Adventure Park, Drayton Manor (Tamworth), Dreamland (Margate) Legoland (Windsor), North Wales (Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Rhyl), Paulton's Park (Romsey), Thorpe Park (Surrey), West Midlands Safari Park (Bewdley) and Westward Ho (Carousel Amusements).

• Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic.
• Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards.
• Have reliable transportation.
