Customer Service Representative

Accurate Recruitment is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for Customer Service representatives based in Crawley, Manor Royal.

• Salary of £22-24k per annum depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 9-5
• One weekend a month required working half a day from home

We are recruiting for a client based in Crawley, who is looking for customer services representatives who are able to be empathetic of the customers concerns and problems and be effective and pro active with resolving these matters and assisting the best they can.

The company works very closely with selected companies within utility bills, helping there customers to manage bills and and responsibilities better, anything from Water, Gas Electricity, Council tax and all in-between.

The ideal candidate will have experience or an understanding of the struggles people face with paying bills and the frustration and worry this can cause families.

A typical day

• -Answering in bound calls, quality over quantity
• -Booking call backs accordingly and sticking to timings on these
• -Creating tickets for customers and creating a solution to their problems
• -Varied day to day activities within the office
• -Responding on live company chat to customers
• Multi tasking

The company is a very up and coming company expanding vastly, they offer casual dress code, pool and games on a Friday and a fun exciting environment to work in.
