TRIGGS GARAGE LTD is a well established family run business, we have been servicing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on offering tradional values with modern capabilities.

We currently have an opening for an experienced receptionist / sales adviser, this is a customer facing role so we would be seeking someone who is a confident communicator and well presented.

The Job:

 Meet and greet customer

 Taking booking

 Carryout out estimates to include materials and for-casting timescales

 Ensure materials, work, mechanics and times are recorded correctly of job cards

 Convert job cards to invoice

 Accepting and recording payments

 Promote the sale of service and accessories

 Liaise with Customers throughout the day to ensure they are up to speed with any progress on the vehicle

 Liaise with parts companies for the best quality and most competitive prices

 Liaise with pats companies to order parts

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8-5.30 statuary holidays plus Bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• vehicle mechanics customer service: 2 years (required)
