- Communicate with customers effectively via telephone, email and chat support
- Contact customers due to renew, problem solving, customer success and resolving complaints
- Process tickets via our helpdesk
- Process customer orders whilst exploring all upselling opportunities
- General administration via customer databases and processing key tasks
Your qualities:
- Love people and be an expert communicator
- Go the extra mile and have excellent customer service
- Be up for getting stuck in and ready to tackle something new
Skills and experience:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Computer literate; Word, Excel, E-Mail. Zendesk, Shopify and stock management system experience would be desirable but not essential.
