We are passionate about sustainability, so as a Data Analyst Graduate with us, you will be part of a cohort and be assigned Corporate Social Responsibility Projects that are changing the construction industry for the better.

• Working in collaboration with operation teams
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) activity (planned against actual performance)
• Identify planning scope, major constraints and contract requirements
• Reporting on construction activity and performance
• Collate and analyse project data
• Creating visual data representation e.g. Phasing diagram, graphs etc.
• Further develop and enhance our chosen reporting platform for capturing performance data and automate processes
• Work with other departments to pull in relevant data set
• Assess external influential factors to the project plans
• Engage with stakeholders on planning updates and challenges
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships within the delivery team and sub-contractors.

• A minimum of 2:2 in any degree
• Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
• Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining
• Experience is desired but not essential as we will provide training and development for the right candidate.
