Make your mark as a Data Coordinator.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and conscientious individual as a Data Coordinator to support our client reporting teams. This is a varied role, which is integral to the ultimate delivery of first class data and reports to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in an administrative or similar role with a positive and diplomatic outlook. You will be able to work with multiple teams and on solo tasks together with a high level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be useful.

This role is full time and based in our Great Yarmouth Offices.

Your responsibilities (once fully trained) include:

• Being the point of contact for all data shipments to/from vessels/clients.
• Responsible for the archive of projects and data management
• Support vessel data requests
• Database management.
• Supporting the Client Reporting with data deliverable requirements.
• Liaising with Goods/In out
• Working with all six departments within Client Reporting
• Working with IT to ensure systems are working to well and

Your qualities

You can make your mark as a Data Coodinator if you have:

• Enthusiasm and personal drive
• Previous administration experience ideally including the management of data
• IT literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Team spirit, keen to learn and a collaborative work ethic

• A full drivers’ license would be advantageous
• Where you will work: at our Great Yarmouth Offices; Prospect House, Hewett Park, Great Yarmouth
• Fulltime job: The position of Data coordinator is a fulltime role, 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday
