Day time care assistants job description

· Preparing breakfast and giving it to clients & helping clients who need help in eating to do so.

· Assisting clients in getting up and getting washed & dressed and making sure their room is tidy

· Participating in activities for clients.

· Giving out tea and coffee to clients and guests

· Assisting clients in maintaining their personal hygiene and when they need a bath / shower

· Ensuring clients have sufficient toiletries.

· Attending specified training sessions and undertake QCF & care certificate training

· Assisting catering staff preparing food and assisting laundry and cleaning staff were requested
