Day Porter position at Rendall & Rittner (Hyde Park Towers, W2)

Location – Hyde Park Towers (London, W2)

Working Hours – 4 on 4 off, 0700 - 1900

Salary – £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?

This role will be based at a high-profile residential development in Kensington. This luxury development consists of 60 apartments and an underground carpark. Overlooking Kensington Gardens and tucked up a quiet side street just off Bayswater Road, Hyde Park Towers is within walking distance of the vast green spaces within Hyde Park and a short bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of the West End. Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster Gate tube stations are all within a 10min walk.

• You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your colleagues.
• You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
• You know how to deal effectively with difficult and demanding situations. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
• You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning, and maintenance (externally and internally).
• You’ll have a good eye for details with experience reviewing CCTV and observing a security perimeter.
• Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
• You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and working in a team environment.
