About Wellington Farm Shop

The Wellington Farm Shop is part of the Duke of Wellington’s historic Estate at Stratfield Saye situated on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Launched in 2005, the Wellington Farm Shop has two divisions: The Farm Shop has become the centre for good food in this area selling Estate grown meats, fine local produce, home-cooked foods, and artisan crafts, gifts, and homeware. The Farm Café is a busy 100-seater fast-casual restaurant serving delicious home-cooked foods.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who loves local, seasonal produce and delicious classic cooking.

Joining a team of five chefs, the candidate would become part of a great team, learning new skills and acquiring experience within a kitchen environment. The deli counter duties would start by making the products to sell on the deli counter. Ensuring the counter is stocked up and rotated.

Currently the Cafe / shop is only open during the day making this role an extremely rare opportunity allowing the candidate to have an exceptional work-life balance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
