Deli/Food Prep Assistant

McCool's SuperValu Kells are looking to recruit for the following position:

**DELI/FOOD PREP ASSISTANT**

The duties of the job will include, but not limited to:

*Maintaining the high standards within the Deli/Prepack food Department

*Preparing prepacked foods for sale to the public

*Packaging of raw meat products

*Adhering to all Health and Safety Regulations

*Ensuring that all handovers are communicated appropriately and efficiently, to ensure the smooth running of the business

*All HACCP records are recorded daily

*Working off your own initiative and be able to work within the Deli/Food prepack team to maintain a pleasant and safe working environment for you and your colleagues

*The successful candidate must have flexibility to cover a range of shifts from Sun - Sat and be able to start when needed at 6am.

***Experience of 1 year or more preferred but not essential***

***Knowledge of HACCP desirable***
