Delivery Driver (part-time)

Job description

Our client is currently recruiting a part-time delivery driver. Working for an internationally recognised company, delivering prescriptions to chemist.

you will be covering holidays , sickness , peak periods , and times of need.

you may work 2 days one week and work 5 days the next week

this may lead to a full time role.

06.00am to 07.10am start time.

Monday to Friday ( 10 hours approx ) am route and a pm route

Saturdays ( half day , Lunchtime finish ) am route only

£ 11.12 per hour

temp to perm ( 13 weeks )

can take van home after training

apply for immediate start

You will learn 2 routes , a morning route and an afternoon route and work those routes daily, meaning you will quickly get to know all the delivery points and customers.

On this assignment you will deliver approx 15 to 25 pharmacies in the morning, come back and reload after lunch for an afternoon route of approx 10-15 deliveries.

A basic DBS will be carried out

This role is advertised by an employment business, and you will be engaged through a 3rd party as a contractor.
