Digital Services Account Executive / Account Manager

Communisis is in the business of Communications. We optimise marketing and regulatory activities by adding value to customer and prospect communications, online and offline. We work with our customers on the planning, creation and delivery of their communications.

We have world-class specialist production and sourcing capabilities that can revolutionise our customer's supply chain and produce communications whether they contain a marketing, compliance or customer service message in the form of a statement, e-mail, invoice, direct mailing or bill.

This is permanent role, joining Communisis as a Digital Services Account Executive, the role is mostly remote working with occasional travel to customer sites within the UK.

The role will involve dealing with Email Campaigns and Changes for a Financial Services client. The position would suit someone with a keen interest in Digital Communication and excellent Account Management skills.

• Manage day to day operational requirements for email campaigns
• Attend and contribute to client, supplier, and internal meetings
• Reporting of key metrics
• Assisting in planning of Marketing, Transactional and Project work
• Support the Account Manager
• Provide input to Service Review meetings
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Deliver an excellent customer service to clients and achieve SLAs.
• Learn best practices and industry standards related to digital channels

• Experience of working in client services with strong skills for building and managing client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
• Happy working on your own initiative and being part of a team
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good Problem-Solving skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing/email campaigns would be helpful.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry would be an advantage
• Ideally 2 years’ experience or more in a similar role
