Job Title: Digital Team Executive

Full time - Flexible Shift Rota to cover from 8:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:00pm Saturday and 11:00am to 16:00pm Sunday (every other weekend worked with a day off in the week. Weekends worked from home along with one day in the week.

Position pays: Basic salary £24,000 and bonus.

Position available in Sinclair Mercedes-Benz of Bridgend. Working from home days possible.

Job Description:

As part of the Digital Enquiry Team, you will log and process incoming lead enquiries from new and existing customers looking to purchase a new or Approved Used Mercedes-Benz.

These leads come in via telephone or digitally through our Lead Management Systems from the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom and other suppliers. We also use email and a live-chat function to allow customers the best possible means of contacting us that suits them. We follow these leads up daily until contact has been made following a set process.

You would be required to speak to the customer and establish their requirements on vehicle choice, packages offered and purchasing means. When this has been done, you will pass the lead to the sales team, following up the customer once they have collected their vehicle, to ensure they have received a 5-star service.

Within the team we also deal with existing customer agreements and establishing their future intentions. We have a specialist within the team but we always try and lend a hand when needed.

Key objectives:

• Engage with customers via our enquiry platforms and the telephone to create leads that allow our sales team perform to the highest possible standard.
• Respond to all customer enquiries within an acceptable time frame and appointing them with a sales executive to continue their journey.
• Building excitement and providing necessary information to help them with their decision.
• Ensure all administration is accurate and complete in line with Brand & Group requirements.
• Adherence to all Group financial policies.

Training:

No experience in the motor trade is required as full training will be provided. However, previous motor trade experience can be helpful.

Hybrid working:

If successful and after a training period has been completed within the office, you will have the option to work from home. We offer one day from home in the week and weekend working is also allowed from home if you would like. These are options for you and do not have be taken up if it is not suitable.
