About the Team & Role:
Join us, and help to build for our next phase of growth in the Pre-Sales / Solutions Consulting arena, by leading our teams spanning across the EMEA region at Amplitude. We are looking to hire a commercially minded and impactful, yet humble and people driven, Director, Solutions Consulting for the EMEA business. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach in building and scaling your teams and ultimately be responsible for helping us to hire, onboard and manage the next wave of world-class Solution Consultants and SC leaders across EMEA.
Reporting to the Vice President & Global Head of Pre-Sales, you will help us establish and drive success across your region, as we continue to scale our global teams over the next few years. The ideal candidate will already be a highly experienced, proven successful Pre-Sales leader, with a passion for getting things done and who thrives in a very fast-paced environment - and who will relish scaling our business across multiple geos. You will also embrace, embody and lead with our core values ever present: Humility, Ownership and Growth Mindset.
